The payment for any purchase is non-refundable. All our outfits are tailor-made according to your size and preferences. We use premium fabrics, and our highly skilled artisans work for several weeks on each dress to ensure every detail is perfected.

A significant amount of time and resources are invested in each order, including research, material purchase, and fabric selection. This process places a financial burden on our organization; therefore, we require a down payment to cover initial costs. Due to these reasons, we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once the order is booked.

We highly recommend that all orders are placed only after our clients are certain about the order details and timelines.
